User Agreement of "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform
1. Legal notice
1.1 "iPD灵齿" is an Intelligent Denture Design Platform developed by Nanjing Profeta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., including client and cloud services. The copyright belongs to Nanjing Profeta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., all rights reserved.１、
1.2 Users are hereby reminded to read this "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") before registering as an "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform user. To ensure that users fully understand the terms of this agreement, please read carefully and choose to accept or refuse this agreement. After agreeing and clicking to confirm the terms of this agreement and completing the registration procedure, you will be a formal registered user of the Nanjing Profeta "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform and enjoy all kinds of services of the Nanjing Profeta "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform. Registration, login, use, etc. will be regarded as acceptance of this agreement and consent to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, or have any questions about the terms in this agreement, please immediately stop the user registration process of Nanjing Profeta "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform, and you can choose not to use the services of this platform.
1.3 This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform and the user regarding the "intelligent denture design" service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). "User" refers to the individual or unit that registers, logs in, and uses this service. This agreement can be updated by Nanjing Profeta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this software client. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if users do not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform. Users who continue to use the services provided by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.
2. Account registration
2.1 Users need to register an "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform account before using this service. The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform account should be registered with a mobile phone number. Please use the mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform account and that has not been banned by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform in accordance with this agreement. The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.
2.2 If the registration applicant has a precedent of being banned by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform or is suspected of false registration and misuse of other people's name registration as well as other reasons for not obtaining permission, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will reject its registration application.
2.3 In view of the binding registration method of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform account, the user agrees that the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will allow the user's mobile phone number and mobile device identification code to be used for registration during registration.
2.4 When the user registers and uses this service, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform needs to collect personal information that can identify the user so that they can contact the user when necessary, or provide the user with a better experience. The information collected by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform includes more than the user's name and address; the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform agrees that the use of this information will be restricted by the third user's personal privacy information protection.
3. Account security
3.1 Once the user is successfully registered and becomes a user of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform, he will get a user name and password and have the right to log in at any time using his own user name and password.
3.2 The user is fully responsible for the security of the user name and password, and is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out under his user name.
3.3 Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their own "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform username in any form.
3.4 The user should take good care of the password and do not inform others of the password. All losses caused by poor password storage shall be borne by the user.
3.5 If the user leaks the password, it may cause adverse legal consequences. Therefore, regardless of any reason causes the password security of the user is threatened, you should immediately contact the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform customer service personnel, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.
4. User Statement and Guarantee
4.1 The user promises that he is a civil subject with full civil capacity and has the ability to conclude a transaction and fulfill his obligations.
4.2 Users are obliged to provide their real information when registering, and to ensure the validity and security of content such as mobile phone number, name, location, etc., and to ensure that "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform staff can get in touch with users through the above contact methods. At the same time, users are also obliged to update relevant registration information in a timely manner when relevant information is changed.
4.3 Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by users through the use of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication materials, or sending, replying and related link pages of text, voice, pictures, videos, graphs, etc., as well as other contents generated by using account or this service shall not violate relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following principles:
4.3.1 Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
4.3.2 Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
4.3.3 Damage to national honor and interests;
4.3.4 Inciting national hatred, national discrimination, and destroying national Solidarity;
4.3.5 Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition;
4.3.6 Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
4.3.7 Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or abetting crime;
4.3.8 Insulting or defaming others, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
4.3.9 Containing other contents prohibited by local laws and administrative regulations.
4.4 Users shall not use the account of "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish and disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
4.4.1 Containing any sexual or sexual suggestions;
4.4.2 Containing abusive, intimidating, threatening content;
4.4.3 Containing harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information, deceiving information;
4.4.4 Involving others' privacy, personal information or information;
4.4.5 Infringing on the legal rights of others' reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and commercial secrets;
4.4.6 Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
5. Service content
The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to review or delete any content posted by the user that is suspected of illegal or violates socialist spiritual civilization or is considered inappropriate by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform (including but not limited to texts, audios, pictures, videos, graphs, etc.). All announcements and other messages sent to the user can be sent through the APP or the contact information provided by the user.
6. Termination of service
6.1 In the following cases, "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to terminate the provision of services to users:
6.1.1 When a user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user; if the user is directly or indirectly registered as a user in the name of another person, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to unilaterally terminate the services provided to the user;
6.1.2 The user shall not provide garbage or malicious data to the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform through procedures or manual methods. Once discovered, the platform has the right to terminate the services to the user at any time;
6.1.3 When the terms of service are terminated or updated, the user expressly does not want to accept the new terms of service;
6.1.4 Other situations where the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform believes that the services need to be terminated.
6.2 After the service is terminated, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party.
6.3 The user understands and agrees that even after the termination of this agreement and the termination of the user's service, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform still has the right to:
6.3.1 Continue to save the user's user information;
6.3.2 Continue to claim to the user that he should bear the responsibility for violating laws, regulations, this agreement and platform rules during the use of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform service.
7. Service changes and interruptions
7.1 In view of the particularity of network services, users need to agree that "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will change, interrupt some or all of the network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by users in the process of use without the need to notify users, nor any responsibility to any user or any third party.
7.2 The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform needs to regularly or irregularly test or update the platform that provides network services. If such a situation causes the interruption of network services within a reasonable time, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform does not need to bear any responsibility for this.
8. Modification of service terms
8.1 The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to modify any content of these terms of service at any time. Once any content of these service terms changes, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will prompt the user to modify the content through appropriate methods.
8.2 If the user does not agree to the changes made by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform to these terms of service, the user has the right to stop using the network service.
8.3 If the user continues to use the network service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification of the terms of service made by the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform.
9. Disclaimer and compensation statement
9.1 If the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has clearly stated that its service delivery method has changed and reminds the user to pay attention to the matters, the user shall bear all the consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required.
9.2 The user who expressly agrees that the risk of using the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will be entirely borne by himself, then all consequences arising from his use of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will also be borne by himself.
9.3 The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform and other users. When the user uses the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform with illegal, untrue, unfair, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or causes losses to the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform and any other third party due to the user's violation of any terms of this agreement, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused thereby.
10. Privacy statement
10.1 Scope of application:
10.1.1 Personal registration information should be provided upon request when users register for accounts in the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform;
10.1.2 When a user uses the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform or visits its related webpages, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will automatically receive and record the server value on the user's browser, including but not limited to data such as IP address and webpage records requested by the user.
10.2 Use of information:
10.2.1 The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will not sell or lend the user’s personal information to anyone unless the user's permission is obtained in advance;
10.2.2 The "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or be free of charge by any means to disseminate users' personal information. If any user is engaged in the above activities, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seal up his account;
10.2.3 To achieve the purpose of serving users, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform may use the users’ personal information, providing services to users, including but not limited to sending products and services to users, or sharing information with the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform partners so that they can send users information about their products and services;
10.2.4 In order to achieve the purpose of optimizing services, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will incorporate user design data into the platform's big data management to optimize design quality and efficiency and better serve platform customers.
10.3 Information Disclosure: The user's personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:
10.3.1 Disclosure to third parties with the consent of the user;
10.3.2 According to the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of the administrative or judicial institution, the disclosure shall be made to the third party or the administrative and judicial institution;
10.3.3 If the user violates relevant Chinese laws or website policies, the situation requires disclosure to a third party;
10.3.4 In order to provide the products and services requested by the user, the user’s personal information must be shared with the third party;
10.3.5 Other disclosures deemed appropriate by law or website policies;
10.3.6 The bank account information provided by the user when using the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform, the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform will strictly fulfill the relevant confidentiality agreement.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the terms of this agreement exempting "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform from liability and restricting user rights. Please read carefully and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian.
11.2 The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and the "iPD灵齿" Intelligent Denture Design Platform, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court where Nanjing Profeta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
11.3 Any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
11.4 The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to Nanjing Profeta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and reserves the right to interpret and modify it.
11.5 This agreement works from April 15, 2020.
